8      Now,  the  Save  Address  List

                    dialog box opens.



             8      Enter  a  name  for  the  data
                    source and click Save      .











                                                                       8       Mail  Merge  Recipients  dialog
                                                                               box  opens  showing  all  the

                                                                               records entered by us.



                                                                       8       Select  /  deselect  the  recipients
                                                                               you  want  to  include  /  exclude

                                                                               and click OK   .





             9.  In Mail Merge task Pane Step 3 of 6           click on Next : write your letter   .

                              Mail Merge is a useful tool that allows you to produce
                              multiple letters, labels, envelopes, name tags and more
                              using  information  stored  in  a  best,  database,  or
                              spreadsheet,  when  performing  a  Mail  Merge,  you  will
                              need a Word document (you can start with on existing
                              one or create a new one) and a recipient list, which is
                              typically on Excel work book.
