Special care should be taken considering the language of the e-mails.
G Precise and simple sentences should be included.
G Paragraphs should be sharp, crisp and focussed.
G Capital letters should be used where they are required.
G It is preferable to use the active voice.
G The message should be gramatically correct. It should have no spelling errors and
should be correctly punctuated.
G Avoid writing the message in all capital letters.
Now, read the following e-mails:
1. Write an e-mail to your friend inviting him to your birthday party.

Subject : Birthday Invitation
Alisha, you are invited to my birthday party on Sunday, 4th February. I am
organising it at my farm house on Beltola Road. We will have all our friends
together on the day and celebrate it in the grandest way. Do not disappoint me by
not coming and then making excuses. The party begins at 3 pm. Let me enhance
the happiness of the occasion by your presence.
