                   Respected Madam,
I am a student of standard IVth of your school. I am writing this letter on behalf

of all the students of my class. Our half yearly results have come out and all of
us have done very well. Therefore, we would like to celebrate and go out for a

picnic to ‘Magical Fun World’ next Sunday. This will be a refreshing change for
us and will help us perform better in our studies ahead.

Kindly permit us this outing and the use of the school bus. Our class teacher
has agreed to come with us if we get your kind permission.

                   Thanking you

                   Your’s obediently

                   Dear Suresh,

I am very disheartened to knew about the death of your sister, Suman. I knew
her very well. She was very kind hearted. I can’t forget the days we enjoyed

with each other. I am really shocked and not getting any words to show my
sorrow on her death. I can understand your situation but can only say that it is

a part of life and we have to accept this. Please don’t hesitate to ask any
                   support you need.
