If we look at the sky at night we will find one bright star that does not twinkle.
If we watch it closely for some nights; we will find that it has moved away from
the place it was first seen. This is not really a star but it is one of the planets.
The planets wander around the sun. They have no light of their own. They
borrow their light from the sun just as the moon does. The sun, the planets,
their satellites and some other heavenly bodies are together called the ‘Solar
System’.
