The Carpenter
The carpenter completes the wood work of the

house. He makes doors, windows, cupboards and
furniture of the house. He uses tools like saw,
gimlet, chisel, squares for his work. He takes the

help of helpers to hold the wooden pieces while
working.

The Plumber

The plumber lays the water pipes and taps in the
house. He lays the pots, sinks, wash basins, taps and
pipes in the bathrooms and kitchen. He uses pliers,
screw drivers, wrench, spanner, chisel, rubber fork cup,

etc. for working.

The Electrician

The electrician installs and maintains the electrical
connections of the house. He fits electrical mains,
electrical points, plugs, switches safely in the

building. His main tools are screw drivers, pliers,
drill, soldering iron, insulation tape, etc.

The Mason

The Mason lays the bricks to make walls, roofs
and pillars of the houses. He uses tools like trowel,
hammer, mallet, plumb bot, etc. to make straight
walls and pillars. Many labourers carry cement and

bricks on their heads and bring it to the mason for
work.
Mason

The Painter

The painter paints the building after all the other works
are done. He uses a ladder.

There are many other people who make things in

their workshops and deliver them at the construction
site. The welder makes the grills.
