Vessels Used in Kitchen

              A variety of vessels made of steel, iron, glass, aluminum, etc. are used in
              the kitchen.























              Fire and Fuel


              Now-a-days,  most  houses  have  gas  stoves.  Liquefied  Petroleum  Gas
              (LPG) has replaced coal and firewood chulhas. Electricity is also used for
              oven, microwave, etc.







               *  Some food items can be eaten raw, while some need to be cooked.
               *  Cooking makes the food tasty, soft and easy to chew and digest.

               * The  different  methods  of  cooking  are—  boiling,  steaming,  frying,  roasting,
                  baking and grilling.

               * A variety of vessels are used in the kitchen.

               * LPG has replaced coal and firewood chulhas.
