Methods of Cooking
Food is cooked in different ways like :
g Baking : Food is put in a hot dry oven. Cakes and breads are baked.
g Boiling : Cooking the food items in boiling water. Pulses, eggs and
rice are cooked by boiling.
g Roasting : Cooking food in an open pan or directly on the fire with
no water. Papad, corn and
peanuts are roasted.
g Steaming : Cooking food using
