G Interrogative sentences: The first part of the verb is put before.
Read the following examples:
1. Is he sleeping? 2. Are you sleeping? 3. Are they sleeping?
Present Continuous Tense is used to –
1. show an action taking place at the time of speaking.
Read the following example: I am reading now.
2. show a temporary action which is not necessarily happening at the time of speaking.
Read the following example: These days, I am living in Di spur.
3. show an action which is about to take place in the near future.
Read the following example: I am going for a walk tomorrow.
There are certain verbs that are not used in present continuous tense. They are as follows:
1. Verbs of senses: hear, see, smell, taste.
Read the following example:
Honey tastes sweet. (and not : Honey is tasting ....)
2. Verbs of feelings and emotions: want, feel, desire, like, dislike, fear, love, hate,
respect, appreciate, care, wish, etc.
