             A pronoun is a word used in place of a noun.

             A pronoun is a word that can stand for or take the place of a noun that has already been
             mentioned in a sentence/paragraph.

             Read the following examples:

                   Monika is a girl. She is in class VI.
                   Her father is an engineer. Her mother is a teacher.

             Monika is a naming word. So, it is  a noun. Monika
