A notice can be of various types. It can be:

G A lost and found notice.
G A notice informing about Trip, Tours, Events, Exhibitions, etc.

1. A notice informing about Trips / Tours / Events / Exhibition must include:
G Opening
G Title / Caption

G Information about the Trip / Tour / Event / Exhibition.
The information includes who is organising what, when, where and how.
G Any special instruction to be given.

G Whom to contact.
G When and where to contact.

2. A Lost and Found notice must include:
G Opening
G Heading / Title

G Information regarding the object lost / found.
The information includes the date, venue, time, place, etc.
G Description of the article (if required)

G Whom to contact.
G When and where to contact.

Read the notice given below:
1. Anupama lost her lunch box in the school. So, she puts up the following notice on
the school notice board:

SWADESH PUBLIC SCHOOL
NOTICE

July 6, 20.......
LOST! LOST! LOST!

I lost my pink tupperware lunch-box in a blue jute bag on July 5, 20___. The zip of the
cover is broken, otherwise the lunch-box is new. The lunch-box has a yellow lid. Most
probably, I left it in the playground.
Anybody, who finds it, may kindly return it to me in the recess or deposit it with Mrs
Seema Baruah in the school office. I promise a treat to the finder.
