Comma is used for the following occasions:
· After introductory phrase and clause.
As early as possible, I will call you.
· To separate a clause in the series.
I cannot say what it is, who kept it here and why it is here.
· To set off a noun of address.

· To separate the parts of a date.
My sister’s marriage was on March 4, 2017.
· To separate word in the series.
I like apples, bananas, grapes and guavas.
· To separate a special expression like ‘yes’, ‘oh’, ‘no’, etc.

· To separate a statement from a question tag.

· Before and after a word of apposition.

· To separate a reported speech.

G Question Mark or Interrogation Mark (?)
Question mark is used instead of full stop after a direct question. Interrogation mark
is not used for indirect questions.
