A question tag is a question consisting of an auxiliary verb + a subject
and it is attached at the end of a statement.

He is very
young to he cannot swim
in alone, can he?
swim, isn’t he?
Let’s swim in

Question tags are not questions, but are a way of asking the other person to make a
confirmation on certain things.
The question tag is negative for a positive statement and positive for a negative
statement.
Read the following examples:
1. She is singing sweetly, isn’t she?
2. Vikas won’t miss the bus, will he?
There are lots of questions that ask for detailed information. The verb in the question
tags remains the same as
