                                    Textile or fabric is another
                                      word for cloth. People in

                                        different states wear
                                     different types of clothes.

                                      Let us study about them.


              What is Textile?


              Textile is a type of cloth or woven fabric composed of natural or man-
              made fibers.

              We  wear  clothes  to  cover  our  bodies,

              protect  ourselves  from  bad  weather

              Weaving

              The process of making cloth on hand loom or power looms that run on

              electricity  is  called  weaving.  Weaving  is  done  by  using  two  threads.
              Knitting  is  done  by  knitting  machines.  At  home,  knitting  is  done  by
              using knitting needles.

              Fabric Designs

              We love to wear beautiful and colourful clothes with different patterns

              on it. The clothes designs are made in many ways.
