g We should take proper rest. We must have enough sleep.
g Our body needs atleast 8 to 10 hours of sleep everyday.
g We should maintain correct posture. Posture is the way how
person holds his or her body.
Main features of correct posture are:
g Our back should be straight when we sit.
g Our back should be straight even when we are standing.
g We should keep our chest out and head high.
Keep Clean - Stay Healthy
g Eat from your own plate.
g Take a bath everyday.
g Drink from your own glass.
g Wear clean clothes.
g Cover your nose and mouth with a handkerchief when you
cough or sneeze.
g Keep your nails clean. Pare them with a nail cutter.
