SUBTRACTION

Learning Objective :

To subtract larger numbers.

What You Need :

• Scratch paper, 1 sheet per player

• 1 Pencil per player

• 2 Dice

• 1 sheet of paper for writing score

Procedure :

Step 1 : Each player write the number ‘99’ on their scratch papers.

Step 2 : First player rolls both the dice. And, add the numbers he get together to

find the sum.

Step 3 : Then, subtract the sum from 99. After figuring out the result, record the

number remaining on the scratch paper. For example : If one of you roll

a 4 and 5, then

4 + 5 = 9, 99 – 9

You would write 90.

Step 4 : Each player take a turn rolling the dice and computing their results.

The first player to get a zero wins !
