Dear Sir,

G S Parts Pvt Ltd, New Delhi sent me a parcel through post. The parcel contained
valuable books and two Mini Oxford Dictionaries. They were very expensive books
of rare quality. As a proof of their despatch, the firm has sent me the photostat copy
of the cash memo. The firm has also sent me the original Post Office receipt as a
confirmation of the despatch of the parcel.

I am sorry to state that the parcel has been lost in transit. My exams are approaching
and these books of the parcel were to help me in the preparation. I request you to
search the parcel in your Post Office. Please make an early enquiry and investigation
as soon as possible.

Sir,

I would like to draw the kind attention of the concerned authorities through the
columns of your esteemed newspaper towards the problem of poor condition of
water supply in Ganesh Nagar. Most of the time the taps remain dry. The supply is

made only for two hours in the morning and one hour in the evening. Besides, the
water is muddy and polluted. Many residents have fallen sick. There are complaints
of jaundice after drinking this water.
