Two or more sentences can be combined to form one sentence by using
words which are called conjunctions .
For example:

1. Karan is tall. His sister is short.
Karan is tall but his sister is short.
2. Shipra could not drink the tea. It was too hot.
Shipra could not drink the tea because it was too
hot.
3. Sheenu is thin. Radhika is fat.
