Signing Out from the Account

We need to sign out from the account every time after finishing the work so that
no one else can open it except us.

1. In the top-right corner of the
Vandana Sharma
page, click on the profile photo. vandanasharma5396@gmail.com

A small dialog box will appear.

2. Click on the Signed out button.

We will be signed out from the 2

e-mail.
Writing an E-mail

While writing an e-mail message, we must make sure that it looks very
impressive. We can see that several fields are required when sending an e-mail.

8 The To field is where we type the e-mail address of the person who is the

recipient of the message.
8 The From field should contain our e-mail address.

8 If we are replying to a message, the To and From fields are automatically

filled out; if it’s a new message, we will need to enter them manually.

8 The CC or Carbon Copy field allows us to send a copy of the message to

another e-mail address but is not mandatory.
8 The Subject Line , although not required, should consist of a few words

describing the e-mail contents.
