Formation of Adverbs
Adverbs are mostly formed by adding ‘-ly’ to the adjectives.
Read the following examples:
Happy – Happily Lucky – Luckily Smooth – Smoothly
Truth – Truthfully Free – Freely Abrupt – Abruptly
Nice – Nicely Light – Lightly Obvious – Obviously
