G Adjectives of Quality are also known as descriptive adjectives. These adjectives
describe nouns that refer to action, state or quality.
Read the following examples:

2. It is a round swimming pool.
G Adjectives of Quantity tell us the amount (how much) of a noun.

1. Would you like to have some coffee?
2. There is so much food for the guests.
G Adjectives of Number are also known as numeral adjectives. It indicates the number
of nouns and their place in the sentence.
Read the following examples:
1. He has eaten three bananas.
2. The three buses carry forty employees to and from the workplace.
G Adjectives of Demonstration are used to modify a noun so that we know which
specific person, place or thing is mentioned.
Read the following examples:
1. These girls are very happy.
2. These children are dancing such a beautiful dance.
G Adjectives of Interrogation are used to ask questions.
Read the following examples:
1. Where has the doctor gone?
2. Which road leads to the Rashtrapati Bhawan?
G Adjectives of Possession express possession of a noun by someone or something.

Degrees of Comparison
The comparison of adjectives or adverbs is known as degree of comparison.
Adjectives of quality have three degrees of comparison. They are:
