Conjunctions are also called linking words. And, but, or, so, because are called
             linking words as these words are used to link two or more words, sentences or parts
             of sentences.


             And

             And is used to add more information.
             Read the following examples:

             1.  Rashmi and        Ruchi are sisters.

             2.  My sister and       I study in the same class.

             Or

             Or is used to show alternatives.

             For example:

             G     You can continue your work   you can go home.or

             But

             But is used to contrast information.
             For example:

             G  He is intelligent but        careless.


             Because
             Because is used to give a reason.

             For example:

             G  The dog was barking because              it was hungry.

             Until

             Until is used when we talk about a particular point of time.

             For example:
             G  You should not rest until         you finish your work.


             When
             When is used when we talk about two events happening at the same time.

             For example:

             G  Everything looks different when             the sun shines.
