ALPHABETICAL ORDER
The words in a dictionary are listed in alphabetical order.
The words starting with ‘a’ come first. Then, words starting with ‘b’ and so
on.
The words beginning with the same letter are ordered looking at the next
letter.
For example :
The word rat comes before the word rest .
