exhale, inhale or blow air.

We cannot live without air. Oxygen is present in the air around us. Oxygen
also helps us to break down digested food. We breathe through our nose or

mouth. The hair in the nose trap the dust.

Keep your hand on your chest to feel the process of breathing in and
breathing out.
