Junk food


              Food  like  chips,  noodles,  burger  and  pizza  are  called  junk  food.

              Junk  food  is  very  tasty.  It  is  easy  to  cook.  But,  it  is  not  good  for

              health at all.

               Visit a dentist regularly to keep your teeth healthy.



              Balanced Diet


              We should take our meals three times a day.


              Everyday, we should eat each kind of food in right amount. Such a

              diet  is  called  balanced  diet.  Balanced  diet  keeps  us  active  and
              healthy. Children who do not eat balanced diet may fall sick.


              We  should  drink  plenty  of  clean  water  everyday.  Our  body  needs
              6-8 glasses of water everyday.







               *  Food makes us strong and healthy.

               *  Food gives us energy to work and play.
               *  Food protects us from diseases and helps our body to grow.

               *  We get fruits and vegetables from plants.

               *  Some food give us energy.
               *  Some food help us to build our body.

               *  We should drink plenty of water and have a balanced diet.
