souls and bodies. Those great people identified the pains and miseries of life and found a way

out of it. They prepared a practical, scientific and rational process called Yoga. They devised
such a process which was easy to follow by human beings
                                                                                   devised : developed
and developed the complete personality of the humans. comprehending : understanding
Our scriptures and holy books have great praises for Yoga. de-stress : tension-free, relaxed

There are various systems of Yoga, but Asanas and Pranayamas are the most important.
Yoga pays more importance to the positive attitude and mental balance. Yogis recognised

the ‘Power of Mind’ and devised Yoga in a way to provide more power to the mind. It is the
mind that regulates the whole body. For a student, ‘mind’ is very important. Listening,
understanding, comprehending and writing and retaining the learnt lessons are all done by
the mind. If the mind is sharp, you are sure to score good marks. There is no better way to

sharpen your mind and develop positive thoughts in
it than Yoga. It enhances ‘concentration’ which is
indispensable for any student. Yoga promotes
‘meditation’ for better concentration. A few minutes

of meditation daily will certainly improve your
concentration, and you will stop committing ‘silly
             errors’ in your studies.

Meditation is a means of transforming the mind.
Buddhist meditation practices are techniques that
             encourage and develop concentration, clarity,

emotional, positivity, and a calm seeing of the true
nature of things. By engaging with a particular
meditation practice you learn the patterns and habits
of your mind and the practice offers a means to
cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work and patience these
